Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for educational services within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@thrivemmrinseox.top.

2. Refund Period

Customers may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of service purchase. After this period, refunds are not available except in cases of service failure or non-delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Downloadable materials and digital content accessed after purchase are not refundable. Consultation sessions attended are not refundable.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email info@thrivemmrinseox.top with your purchase details
  2. Include order reference and reason for refund
  3. We will process your request within 5 business days
  4. Refunds are returned to original payment method

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to credit the funds.

6. Cancellation of Sessions

Scheduled consultations cancelled more than 48 hours in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

7. Service Failure

If we fail to deliver agreed services, a full refund will be issued immediately upon request.
